BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 4500 block of Oak Hill Road, being on the southwest line of Oak Hill Road northwest of Highway 58. Lots 4-6, Robert Steele Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 19, page 6, ROHC, the north one half of an abandoned 20 foot wide alleyway, and the east one half of abandoned Shelbourne Drive; being the property described in deed book 3400, page 940, ROHC, plus said abandoned rights-of-way. Tax Map No. 129H- E-6. from R-3 Residential Zone to C-5 Neighborhood Commercial Zone. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1.
